Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how HINDSIGHT VIP, LLC and its affiliates (" We", "Us" or "HINDSIGHT VIP"), use, share, and process Personal Information (as defined below) that is collected through the following elements of the HINDSIGHT VIP platform:

1. websites, portals, applications (including mobile applications), channels, software, social media pages and any other websites or online channels (collectively, the "Websites");
2. widgets embedded into sites owned by third parties (“Third Parties”) as widgets (“Widgets”); and
3. any services, quizzes, questionnaires (“Questionnaires”), features, media, functions, content, tools, and links contained in or offered via the Widgets or the Websites (collectively, the “Services”).

We may also post other privacy policies or statements on our Website, Widgets, or Services where applicable. To the extent those other privacy policies or statements conflict with this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall control to the extent of the conflict with regard to the Services.
From time to time, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy. When we make such changes, we will do our best to notify you by email, push notification or in-app notification, or a prominent notice on our Websites, however, we are under no obligation to do so. Any terms now defined in the HINDSIGHT VIP Terms of Use equally apply in effect to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect.

We may collect the following types of information to better provide our Services, Website, and Widgets:

1. Personal Identifiers such as real name, unique personal identifier, online identifier, login information, username, passwords, public wallet address, internet protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers;
2. User-designated content within the website in reply to questions or quizzes;
3. Protected classifications such as age, sex, and nationality;
4. Commercial Information such as records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies;
5. Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as information regarding your interactions with our Websites, Widgets, and Services, browsing history, and search history;
6. Geolocation data, such as the location of your device;
7. Any “public events” or related posts or information regarding the block chain, reported “public events” and any users reporting or reposting any information related to any event;
8. Search history of any user on the platform (for trending updates and related service);
9. Data recorded regarding which features users use often, and which they use less;
10. Any user complaints, negative feedback, or issues with the platform;
11. All clicks and responses to any feature or function on the site;
12. Data input, answers to questions & questionnaires;
13. Data tracking user volume on the platform on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis;
14. Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information, such as recordings of user testing sessions; and
15. Inferences based on the foregoing categories.

1. Location Information: We collect information about your precise or approximate geographic location with your consent. We may collect this information from your mobile device if you have enabled such functionality. We may also collect your approximate location or IP address from your browser using cookies or other web technologies and infer your location from other information we have collected.
2. Other Browsing and Device Information: We automatically collect information about you when you use the Website, Widgets, and Services. In addition to transactional and location information described above, the information we automatically collect includes log data and device information including browser type, domain name, the website that led you to our Websites, the website to which you go after leaving our Websites, the dates and times you access our Websites, device ID, and browsing activities within our Website, Widgets, or Services (e.g., links you click, searches you run, the date and time of you complete a Questionnaire, the amount of time you spend on browsing the Third Party’s websites, and the recommended products you browse or click through following your completion of a Questionnaire). 3. Communications: From time to time, you may contact HINDSIGHT VIP; or exchange messages with HINDSIGHT VIP, Third Parties, Third Party’s websites, or other brands listed on our Website. Messages that you exchange through our Website, Widgets, or Services are saved. If you send or receive messages through our Website, Widgets, or Services via SMS text message, in addition to saving the messages, we may log phone numbers, phone carriers, and the date and time that the messages were processed. We may also store the information that you provide when you communicate with us, including phone calls, letters, e-mails, and other electronic messages, or in person.

1. Location Information: Third Party’s websites may provide us with information about you – either directly or indirectly through Widgets embedded into their websites. For example, Third Parties may obtain additional Personal Information from you in the course of fulfilling an order placed as a result of the completion of a Questionnaire from the Widgets and share this information directly with HINDSIGHT VIP.
2. Other Third Party Sources: Other third parties that use our Services on a paid or free basis may let us collect information about your use of their websites or share such information with us. For example, if you use a Widget, we may receive information about your use of that Widget. Additionally, we may acquire information about you from third party sources and combine it with information in our possession.

We may share Personal Information with our affiliates, service providers, Third Parties, owners of Third Party’s websites and other business partners to assist them with improving their business and user experience pursuant to commercial agreements between HINDSIGHT VIP and such parties. We do not share information that personally identifies you (personally identifiable information is information like name or email address that can by itself be used to contact you or identifies who you are) with advertising, measurement or analytics partners unless you give us permission. We may provide these Third Parties with information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertising without providing information that personally identifies you, or if we have aggregated the information so that it does not personally identify you. For example, we may tell a Third Party the preferences of all users in an area, or how many people purchased a product after clicking through the Questionnaire, or provide non-personally identifying demographic information (such as 25-year-old female, in Montana, who wants to learn about online communities and witness trends and patterns in online posts related to crypto), or provide Questionnaire inputs relating to a customer’s email to these Third Parties to help them understand their audience or customers.

For example, we may share your information to provide some of the features and services that are available through our Website, Widgets, or Services, such as communications and hosting services, network security, technical and customer support, tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance testing, payment processing, marketing and promotional features, identification verification, product listings, and brand management.

In the event that HINDSIGHT VIP is or may be acquired by or merged with another company or involved in any other business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, we may transfer or assign your information as part of or in connection with the transaction and such acquirer or merged entity may thereafter utilize your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Finally, in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, all of our collected data or information may be transferred as a business asset.

For example, we may disclose the number of users that have clicked on certain preferences for cryptocurrency or related products or who purchased certain products recommended by the Website, Widgets, or Services, or the general characteristics of such users.

We may disclose your information if we believe doing so is appropriate or necessary to prevent any liability, or fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses, or to protect HINDSIGHT VIP, our Website, Widgets, and Services, or any rights, property, or personal safety of HINDSIGHT VIP or others.

When you use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, HINDSIGHT VIP’s Services or Widgets, they may receive information about what you click or share in the Questionnaire. For example, when you submit your preferences in the Questionnaire, the Third-Party website may get information about your preferences or your activities in the Questionnaire. In addition, when you click on a suggested product that is recommended at the end of the Questionnaire on the Third-Party Website, they can access login information, email, public wallet address, and country/language, as well as any information that you share with them. Information collected by these Third Party’s websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Carry out any specific purposes for which we have obtained your consent;

We share information globally, both internally within HINDSIGHT VIP and externally with our partners around the world, with vested rights of ownership of user data and giving HINDSIGHT VIP the right to sell, re-sell, and otherwise market or merchant all user data entered into HINDSIGHT VIP platforms or websites. We expressly reserve the right to sell, re-sell, and otherwise market or merchant all user data entered into HINDSIGHT VIP if and when HINDSIGHT VIP does so according to all relevant laws and jurisdictions in our maximum ability under the law. Please be aware that information we collect, including any of your Personal Information, may be transferred to, and processed, stored, and used within Oregon, the USA, and any other parts of the world. This transfer is necessary to provide our Website, Widgets, and Services, to which you completely and legally consent.

To the extent permitted by law in the relevant jurisdiction, upon data entry of any personal information including user identity, personally identifiable information, answers to questions, or any other user-provided information vests in ownership to Hindsight VIP as a merchant collector of data, which Hindsight VIP is hereby fully authorized to re-sell to Third-Party-Purchasers in its maximum legal ability. It is hereby understood that as part of Hindsight VIP’s regular course of business generating user content regarding topics, trends and related information, that user data will be collected and can be sold to third parties within all relevant compliance requirements of any relevant legal regulations.

Hindsight VIP’s website functions report publicly posted information from other platforms as the info is posted and collected over time by human beings, Hindsight VIP has no control over user-generated content and therefor has no participation in the site’s user-based info. As such, Hindsight VIP does NOT recommend anything with its posts; the site merely shares reposts.

We may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, local shared objects, advertising identifiers (including mobile identifiers) and similar technology in connection with your use of our Website, Widgets, or Services. In addition, we may allow third parties to incorporate their third-party, cookies or other technologies into our Website, Widgets, and Services to perform services on our behalf, such as analytics or advertising services. You can exercise this right and manage your own information by submitting a data request to us pursuant to our Data Requests section below. You may also be able to disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings. Please note, however, that disabling Location Services may adversely impact your experience with the functionality of our Website, Widgets, or Services, and enabling such services may be necessary in some cases to allow certain transactions.

Third-party businesses like Third Parties who use our Website, Widgets, or Services may submit electronic data or information they possess about their own customers to us (“Customer Data”) for various purposes, including data aggregation and processing. Customer Data may include Personal Information, including, but not limited to, the name, birthdate, location, and e-mail address of such customer. Any uses of the Customer Data by HINDSIGHT VIP are conducted pursuant and subject to the terms of HINDSIGHT VIP’ Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. If your Personal Information has been submitted to us by a third-party business using our Website, Widgets, or Services as Customer Data and you wish to exercise your rights to access or revise such data, please inquire with the relevant third-party business and submit a data request to us pursuant to our Data Requests section below. Please note that HINDSIGHT VIP must verify the identity of the requestor. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing proof of a valid power of attorney, your valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification. Upon receiving your request, we will send you a follow-up email asking you to provide and certify information necessary to verify your identity. We cannot respond to requests where the identity and authority of the requestor cannot be confirmed. Once any queries around the information requested have been resolved, copies of the information will be sent to you electronically wherever possible or, if this is not technically possibly, by mail. We will attempt to respond to proper and confirmed data requests within thirty (30) days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

You have the right to opt‐out of receiving information from HINDSIGHT VIP. In accordance with Anti-Spam Legislation, we must offer all email recipients the option to block future emails from HINDSIGHT VIP. HINDSIGHT VIP provides that option in the footer of every promotional or informational email we send you. Please note that if you decide not to provide us with the Personal Information that we request, or decide to opt-out of communications, we may not be able to provide you promotional or informational emails. You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information. Where you have consented to HINDSIGHT VIP’s storing of your Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt out by contacting [email protected] or clicking on the unsubscribe option in the footer of every email. All unsubscribe requests will be managed within ten days of receipt. Employees will not send any further communication by electronic means to the unsubscribed party.

Consumers who choose to exercise the rights described in this Privacy Policy will not be denied any goods or services, charged different prices or rates, or be provided a different level or quality of goods or services unless those differences are related to your Personal Information.

Our Website, Widgets, and Services are intended for adults who are of age of majority legally allowed to research cryptocurrency in their current jurisdiction (“Age of Majority”). It is hereby noted and acknowledged that certain territories in the USA, Canada, or other countries have specialized privacy laws or regulations that we will follow to our full legal obligation; we hereby reserve our rights to use, store, collect, and/or sell any data to our maximum legal capacity pursuant to the laws of every given jurisdiction we offer services.

Any cause of action or claim you may have, arising out of or relating to these terms of service, the sites, or services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

You acknowledge and agree that HINDSIGHT VIP will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Website, Widgets, or Services.

You hereby agree to and acknowledge the full “Indemnification and Release” clause in our Terms of Use as it is hereby integrated and incorporated by reference.

You hereby agree to and acknowledge the full “Binding Arbitration Agreement” clause in our Terms of Use as it is hereby integrated and incorporated by reference.

If any of the conditions contained within these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions set forth herein.

The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the services at any time for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We have no obligation to update you on any information on our services.

Any free trial or temporary trial period equally applies to these terms of service.

You may be required to register to use the services. You agree to keep your password confidential and you will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such a username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Logging into your account or contacting customer services, you can cancel your account. Your cancellation will process on our site as soon as practicable, and your current paid term will finish to completion before cancellation.
